    MSA is a service association that represents most of the Appliance service companies across the United States. Along with all the benefits MSA provides the independent service companies the most important, is the assurance when a customer uses an MSA service member, they are using some of the HIGHEST QUALITY service technicians in the business. 

    MSA also provides there members with a FLAT RATE labor guide to help customers know they are receiving the fairest possible price when using our service. This guide was compiled from service companies from all over the US. MSA came up with 9 different rates depending on which part of the country you service. (California rates should be different from Ohio's)  

    Here at Argo's Appliance we structured our service department so that we could use MSA's LOWEST FLAT RATE  price guide and still provide our customers with the HIGHEST QUALITY service possible.
